Welcome to River Miami Swim School! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure that classes are not discounted, cancellations must be made at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Failure to do so will count that class as conducted.

Weather Policy

In the event of lightning and thunder at the time of the class, the session will be terminated regardless of its start. The class will be rescheduled for another day, and the remaining time will be added to the next session.

Diaper Policy

Children wearing diapers must use appropriate swim diapers provided by their parents or guardians. Failure to comply will result in the child not being allowed to enter the pool.

Hair Policy

Students with hair exceeding the shoulder line must tie up their hair before entering the pool.

Food Policy

No outside food is permitted in the pool area.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facilities area.

Equipment Responsibility

The company does not provide towels or appropriate clothing for the pool. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to bring all necessary equipment.

Punctuality

No time will be compensated if the student arrives late for the class. It is the responsibility of the student to arrive at the stipulated time.
